Frequently asked questions

Do I need an appointment to try on wedding gowns?

We do recommend an appointment to ensure a stylist and dressing room will be available. You can book an appointment with us using our appointment button on our home page.

What should I bring to the appointment?

You can bring pictures of dresses you have seen on our website, in magazines, social media or that you've tried on elsewhere. We always suggest proper under garments for your appointment. This may include a strapless bra, proper underwear/and or shapewear and shoes at the desired height you wish to wear on your wedding day.

Who should I bring to my appointment and are children allowed?

Up to two of your closest friends or family should attend your appointment with you. It is important to bring any guests who may be assisting in payment of your gown. Most brides tend to find their I DO gown on the first visit! If you are planning on bringing additional guests, please let us know in advance. We recommend larger groups book appointments Monday-Friday. At the request of our brides and to preserve the most memorable bridal experience, CHILDREN UNDER THE AGE OF 18 will not be allowed to join the bride in the main bridal salon. We do strictly enforce this policy and we appreciate your understanding.

How much do your dresses cost?

We have an extensive selection of bridal gowns starting from $500 to $4,500. We offer sample gowns for sale off the rack at a discounted cost.

What sample sizes do you carry?

Our wedding gown sample sizes are 6 thru 32. Please note that in bridal, sizes run small. For example, a bridal gown size 10, is really a woman's 6/8.

How far in advance do I need to order my dress?

We recommend shopping for your wedding gown 9-12 months before your wedding day. Most wedding dresses typically take 4-5 months to arrive after being ordered. Also, a bride must take into consideration any additional time she may need for alterations. If you are short on time, some dresses are available on a rush delivery at an additional charge. We also offer a great selection of sample gowns that we can sell off the rack immediately if needed.

Are alterations available in-house?

Yes! Wedding gown alterations are available for brides who purchase their gowns with us. Alteration fees are an additional cost. Our appointment times are Monday-Friday from 12pm - 6pm. Brides should schedule their alteration appointments at least two months prior to date needed.

How long are the appointments?

You will have your own personal stylist reserved for you and your guests for an hour and a half.

What should I bring to my alterations appointment?

You will need to bring the shoes you plan on wearing the day of your wedding, any under garments, and you may bring no more than 2 guests. Children are not allowed in alteration appointments.

Do you allow children in the salon ?

Because of the valuable and delicate compostition of our wedding gowns, we CANNOT allow any children 18 years or younger to gain entrance into the salon. It is important for management team to provide a memorable experience for all of our brides selecting their wedding gowns.
